The Do Network psychologists support children from seven years of age. They focus on how a child interacts with their parents, themselves, and the world in order to understand their mental development.

As well as a counselling approach, children can be helped with Interplay Therapy or Circle of Security.

Child and Teen Psychologist Assessments

When required our therapists can complete assessments for young people to support their daily functioning and transition to adult life. We use a range of effective tools and methods targeted to this age group. Some of the issues or concerns we may look at include:

• Behavioural Problems and/or tantrums

• Learning difficulties

• Intellectual disabilities

• Failure to reach developmental milestones

• Autism Spectrum Disorder

• Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder

• Depression and/or anxiety
